The peyote cluster above was probably never mined for medicine. Ok, I just needed to justify the pun.
But actually, it may have been a single plant that was properly and prayerfully harvested way back in the before times, when medicine was plentiful and information was hard to get. Well, now that things have turned sideways on that, maybe we need more information to be available about less medicine being available. I think that makes sense…
So going along with that, just reading my opinion and stories (and looking at peyote art) is a planting of seed for having a conversation, but it is not the conversation itself. Everyone knows that the way to share a conversation with a wider audience these days is with a podcast.

Introducing The Peyote Lorax Podcast On Spotify
So The Lorax has started a podcast of sorts. Yes, the often mustached, desert dwelling, technologically challenged creature has decided to have some online conservation conversations. Like this blog, it’s all done on an iPhone with my finger in the air for reception, so don’t expect the smoothness of Joe Rogan talking about chimpanzees. This is more like the chimpanzees talking about medicine. And with it.
Sacred medicine, you know our hearts. Bless us with the fellowship of your people, so that you may speak with and through us. Let our words be helpful in the path towards a future when you increase, rather than grow less upon the earth.
So there’s a couple of episodes to listen to already. I don’t know what I’m doing so it’s only on Spotify for the moment. Yeah, The Peyote Lorax and Joe Rogan, exclusively on Spotify.

As an alternative to just listening, you can talk with The Lorax yourself. I’m not really sure how to do that yet, but I’ll probably be able to figure it out soon, like a chimp using a stick to gather honey ants. So, eventually.

I’m hoping to feature different takes on topics relating to education, conservation, and inspiration. First guest up, a certified member of the Zoomer Generation. Although I like to think of him as a member of the Hope Generation. I hope you enjoy the conversation. Links to episodes below. On my phone I have to click play twice. (You can stream from this page, or click the player image to listen directly on Spotify.)
