Today, March 24th, 2023, I woke up early with a dream, an image in my mind really- the image of peyote seeds sprouting through soil. I arose and made the bed, brushed the teeth, drank water, and gave thanks for the day, as Lorax are want to do. But the next first act of the today was to hurry upstairs to see if… four and a half days after planting… the first seeds might possibly have already begun to sprout… would it, could it be?

He who plants a seed,

And waits to see –
Believes in God.

And so it is, the first of many thousand seedlings have decided to grace the world with their beauty, and their potential, and our dreams of prayers answered! It is like poetry to the eyes, on a morning of puffy clouds in turquoise skies, to see more of what the future needs, sprouting from thousands of seeds!

This is the answer of many prayers over many years past, that have come not too slow and not too fast. Something in mind to keep we need, understanding the medicine of tomorrow is in today’s seed.
